To reserve a puppy a non refundable deposit applies .Deposit is fully refundable if for any reason we can't provide you with a puppy !! FaceTime is available as well . We keep families updated with pict and videos until pick up day . 
We do not take any additional payments until they receive a full exam / first vaccine done at our vet in Thornbury.
